Group Fitness
We offer a variety of group fitness classes to suit all abilities and fitness levels.

Classes designed for older users, or those recovering from heart surgery or other serious illnesses, are also available.

Please Note: Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
