Your personalized program will incorporate exercises to help improve your balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
This program is delivered in a safe and welcoming environment with other older adults, that is supervised by an experienced and qualified instructor.
This program also provides a social aspect and allows participants to socialize with each other over a coffee or tea after the session.
